I previously decided whilst doing my filming plan to set one day to film any extra ideas, this was to do additional filming no matter how confident I felt whilst editing my work, this is because I decided to plan an extra day alone to film any little pieces that I would feel not strong enough about along with filming my mother scene for the split screen as I needed to set a day with the person that has agreed to do it with me therefore I decided to use that specific day to film anything I wanted to try again but in another way, to film any shots for over layering or any new ideas that may come up along the way. Therefore today I filmed my mother scene, filmed shots of clocks and watches to see if they would work nicely for over layering on simple shots to make them look bolder, I also decided to film one of the brother's doing the split screen once again for "if you wait for it" as I wanted to have it in a different location as I did it outdoors before however I did not l...

Performance filming day, the day we have been waiting for and one of our band mates cancel's due to being ill, however luckily one of my friends helped out last minute which he knew that he would be our next person to go to if there were any problems, each band member had a back up person to play the role, that is one thing from my AS work I did learn as people cancelled on us on the day and we were not prepared therefore this year my aim was to have ideas on who to ask next in case anything happened in which it did. Apart from that everything went smoothly, I had the instruments ready for my band mates which were borrowed from my school's music department and the guitar and microphone were borrowed by my media teacher (thank you to them), my photography teacher also allowed me to use his studio to be able to film the performance side of my music video. I have decided to use 3 males for my band, these males were chosen specifically to match the genre and to show that they have individual looks.I have two males that will be playing brothers, I have chosen two males that have similar personalities that bounce off each others energy which I believe will help me, I have worked with the two males before for other lesson's such as photography for shoots therefore I know that both are reliable as they helped me and came up with new ideas for me as they got into their roles quickly. The third band member is had to changed due to last minute cancellation due to illness, however as a back up plan we had someone already in mind.
